Mothers-in-law and Christmas Traditions

Good Morning, Friends!

I am guest-blogging today over at Adventures of D and V. She and her husband are big DIY-ers and are deep into a basement remodel. I don't know how they are doing it. They DUG OUT a basement under their existing home and are now busy finishing it all up.

Can you imagine? Hats off to them!

For the next few days, they have left that humongous job behind, and are away on a cruise-lucky them!- and she has lined up some of her blogging buddies to post about their Christmas traditions while she is away. Great idea! This is my first ever guest-gig, and I am excited about it.

In today's post,  I share a bit about how I changed my attitude towards Christmas and my in-laws, and I have a feeling that there are a few others out there who may struggle with similar issues.

Please hop over and read my post and while you are there, why not follow, my friend?

I would love to hear about your Christmas traditions and more importantly, how you split your time during the holidays. Let's get a conversation going in the comments!

Thank you, Veronica, for the opportunity to share some of my thoughts on your great blog. Hope you are and your sweetie are having a wonderful time!

  2. Hi Susan! I commented over at your guest post place.

So nice to see you, and thank you for your visit recently. I sure do get crazy busy this time of year. I finally had to have a talk with myself and realize life will go on if I miss something on my to-do list.

    It helped :)

  3. I love your idea of Thanksmas! Nice perspective you shared about in-laws. I am so blessed to have the best mother in law ever and thank God for her as well as my father in law who celebrates from Heaven these days...
